I've had my Stellar for about 6 months now, and it is still the nicest blade I've owned. The workmanship is first-rate, the grinds are perfect (not to mention that the blade is sharp as a bastard), and the handle is among the most comfortable I've ever, well, handled. The integral finger grooves make for a secure gripping surface, not to mention that they just look really cool.

And to top it all off, Randy has been a class act to deal with. To me, that's as important as the end product. Quite simply, I won't own a knife if I don't respect the man who made it.

The Stellar is my first Doucette, my second's on its way in a matter of days, and my third won't be all that far behind, with many more to come. I really can't give a higher recommendation than that.

I received the damascus Black Locust today.

It's everything you described and more. Great balance, unique lines, comfortable grip, precise craftsmanship and attractive finish. I like the top quality multi-carry sheath as well. It holds the knife perfectly...no play...no rattles...no sharp edges...very functional. The picture on your website, while very good, doesn't fully capture how attractive this knife is.

It works well too. I tried it on cardboard, nylon rope, paracord and plastic tie straps. Nice edge!

I really appreciate all the time you took to discuss this and other knives with me over the telephone and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your products to others.

The Green Locust is based on a design by Randy Doucette. Randy is one of the finest Canadian knife makers making his mark in the industry. One of his original designs, known as the "Black Locust" caught the interest of John Woo, our Fallen Knives designer. John took the original design and changed the blade specifications. The knife is now made from 3/16" thick S30V steel. The handles are now made from 3/16" green canvas micarta. In addition, the knife has been modified to be rear weighted. Also, the upper spine of the blade is edged - creating an extremely capable double edged fighting knife. These new specifications brings the original "Black Locust" design to a new level of combat effectiveness.

Previously, Fallen Knives were of a single edge design. The Green Locust adds a double edged combat knife to your kit. As our Fallen Knives designer says, "There are things you can do with a double edge that cannot be done with a single edge."

The Green Locust is custom made by Randy Doucette for Fallen Knives.

I received the Cyclone this morning. It arrived without any problem. I am very impressed! It's exactly what I expected after having seen the pictures. And the 2 fancy mosaic pins are perfect! Thanks a lot for your work!

Some of my friends are also impressed and now want to order from you... Since they don't speak English, I will do the translation. One would like to know if you consider special custom orders, particular designs, and another would like to know how long it would take to deliver a Junior Damascus as shown on your Website.
